Ranunculus

The Ranunculus pattern by Midori Hirose is quite simply beautiful. It's a little lacy, quite a bit loose, and a very joyful knit project to make. As someone who doesn't often knit with small yarn, I love that this pattern gives me a chance to use lace or fingering weight yarn but still use bigger size US 10 needles. The pattern is written for a wide range of sizes, long or short sleeves, and looks amazing in lots of different yarns. This is a pattern that one could easily make many times over resulting in totally different sweaters. We made the short sleeve, flutter sleeve, and 3/4 sleeve versions using different yarns. They are all incredible!
