Bring quiet creativity into your life with the practice of hand weaving as meditation. This class will be taught at Cattywampus by longtime practitioner of Yoga and Meditation Kate Kilmurray. Kate teaches weaving as a centering practice that slows us down, inviting sweet, peaceful relaxation. You will make a cotton potholder of your own design. Unplug and find your rhythm. Practice mindful breathing. While making a beautiful potholder.

Kate Kilmurray is passionate about helping people slow down to find stillness, spaciousness, and a connection with one’s creative spirit. She loves using her hands in craft to drop into a deeper knowing through weaving and mediation.

Classes cannot be refunded if the event is within 5 days. Classes may be canceled within 2 days of the event if there are not enough registrations, in which case a full refund of the class fee would be provided.
