Oh Woolfolk, how we love thee! Check out how the exaggerated intersecting lines on the back highlight the unusual sleeve shape of this modern cardigan, knit in Woolfolk's mega soft merino yarn Far. The abbreviated length and clean collar line make this a layering staple year-round.

The Vejkryds Cardigan is worked in pieces and seamed. The armhole shaping is based on an 18th century style that is a combination of set-in in the front and raglan in the back, with no shoulder seam; the front armhole wraps over and is sewn to the raglan line of the back. Fronts have a knit-in slipped stitch edging along the open edges. Shawl collar is knit in one piece with each front and shaped with short rows. This is an advanced knit project. With some focus, prepared mindset, and good group support, we can do this!
